Be Anxious for Nothing How to From Philippians 4:4-8

It may not seem like it at times, but it is actually, honestly possible for us to "be anxious for nothing." Here are some key points to meditate on from Philippians...

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
                           ~Philippians 4:4‭,6‭-‬7

As with many passages in the Word of God, this one packs a lot into a few lines, so I made these graphics to help me highlight and meditate on key points. I hope you find them helpful as well. Coming soon: how to keep the "peace that passes understanding" by choosing where to focus our hearts and minds.
